Traditional deep tissue therapy, combined with stretching, Trigger Points and Sports techniques. This treatment will identify trouble spots; relive painful muscles and conditions like tendonitis, rotator cuff injury, sciatica, headache and more.


Sports Massage– 30min $35; 1hr $60
Similar to remedial massage, incorporating a postural and physical assessment this treatment will encourage the body to heal itself after acute or chronic sports injury.

Swedish Massage– 30min $35; 1hr $60
A gentle and relaxing full body treatment that will soothe the body and mind. This is a good introduction to massage and will improve soft tissue condition and circulation.

 Executive Massage– 1hr $60
A carefully and specifically designed remedial massage treatment for those who are seated at a desk all day. The focus is on relieving tension in the lower, middle and upper back, including the shoulders, arms, neck and head.

Hot Stone Massage–35min $45 (back, neck and shoulders); 1hr 15 mins $75 (full body)
A deeply relaxing and invigorating treatment designed to revive your body and mind. The heated stones, combined with specifically designed massage strokes and complimentary essential oils to improve blood and lymph circulation, relieve tired muscles and promote an overall sense of well being

A deeply cleansing treatment using a garnet scrub, and a penetrating Australian Mineral Clay Mask to remove impurities from the skin. Followed with an Executive Massage to relieve tension and improve circulation.


Hand and Foot Heaven – 45 min $50
Perfect for those who cannot lie on a massage table but desire the relaxing effects of massage.
Starting with an organic foot scrub, and a relaxing foot massage using peppermint, lavender and aloe hand blended foot lotion. Following with a deeply nourishing hand treatment using and  then Intense Body Cream to relieve dryness.




Deluxe Body Treatment with Hot Stones – 1hr 30mins $95

Treatments can begin from 12 weeks. No essential oils will be used.

Deluxe Prenatal Pamper Package - 80min $85
Beginning with a luxurious foot spa and moisturising hand and arm treatment. Followed with a relaxing pre-natal massage on our specially designed table to improve circulation and reduce fluid retention using a custom blended massage oil to help prevent stretch marks and improve skin elasticity.

Infant Massage Courses – designed especially for The Well.
5 x 60min classes $75
A five session course will be conducted each term, and held at The Well Healing Rooms.
Created to help mums & dads or caregivers to bring about nurturing touch to their babies; encouraging a deeper bond between baby and parent/caregiver.
This course is fabulous for conditions such as colic – reflux - sleeping problems – touch aversion or general unsettledness. Premi babies will also benefit as techniques can be adjusted to suit their development stages.
The course will empower you to get to know your baby’s “cues” and lay the foundation for a lifetime of respect between baby and you.
The course will include extensive notes to follow at home, and your own bottle of massage oil.

Private at-home consultations can be arranged if you cannot make the allocated class time
